How Workspaces Work
Every account gets a personal workspace automatically. You can invite teammates to share the same dashboard, sites, and integrations. Everyone sees the same real-time data.
Invite by Email
Go to Dashboard → Settings → Team Members. Enter a teammate's email and click Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to join your workspace.
Or Share a Link
Click “Copy Invite Link” to get a shareable URL. Anyone with the link can join your workspace. Links expire after 7 days.
What Teammates See
All workspace members see the same data:
- All sites and their analytics
- Revenue data (if Stripe is connected)
- GitHub activity (if connected)
- Team member list
Common Questions
Is there a limit on team members?
No. Invite as many people as you want. No per-seat charges.
Can I remove a team member?
Yes. Workspace owners can remove any member from Settings → Team Members. The user loses access immediately.
Can I transfer ownership?
Yes. From Settings → Team Members, click the crown icon next to any member to make them the new owner. You'll be demoted to a regular member.
How do I leave a workspace?
Settings → Danger Zone → Leave. If you're the only owner, you need to transfer ownership or delete the workspace first.
How do I delete a workspace?
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete. Owner-only. This permanently removes all sites, analytics, integrations, and members.
